Managing Paralegal
As Managing Paralegal, Jose Meza serves as a key leader at Sanchez Law Firm, helping oversee case management, team operations, and client support. Since earning his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 2019, Jose has dedicated his career to serving others through the legal profession. His passion for law stems from a genuine desire to help people navigate challenging situations and achieve positive outcomes.
Within the firm, Jose is known as the person who can always be counted on. Whether assisting clients, supporting attorneys, or helping a teammate solve a problem, he approaches every challenge with a positive attitude and a willingness to help. His commitment to continuous growth is reflected in his personal philosophy: "Learn something new every day."
Outside of the office, Jose enjoys all things soccer, from watching professional matches to cheering on his younger cousins from the sidelines and playing the game himself. He also has a musical side and plays both the alto and tenor saxophone. One day, he hopes to visit Madrid, Spain, and experience its rich culture and passion for soccer firsthand.

Jerry Guerra
Paralegal
As a Paralegal at Sanchez Law Firm, Jerry Guerra plays an important role in supporting clients and attorneys throughout the legal process. With a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History, Jerry developed a strong understanding of government, public policy, and critical thinking that serves him well in the legal field. He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex situations and takes pride in providing reliable support and guidance every step of the way.
Jerry is known for his ability to adapt to new challenges while maintaining a steady and organized approach to his work. He enjoys learning new skills, collaborating with his teammates, and contributing to positive outcomes for the firm's clients. His dedication and willingness to step in wherever needed make him a valuable member of the Sanchez Law Firm team.
Outside of the office, Jerry enjoys playing soccer and staying active. The teamwork, discipline, and commitment required on the field reflect many of the same qualities he brings to his role as a paralegal.

Kody Solis
Junior Paralegal
As a Junior Paralegal at Sanchez Law Firm, Kody Solis brings determination, discipline, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. After joining the firm as a Legal Assistant, Kody earned a promotion to Junior Paralegal through his initiative, attention to detail, and dedication to mastering legal drafting and case support. He earned his Associate of Business degree from Lone Star College and was recognized as a Dean's List honoree for his academic achievement.
Kody enjoys the fast-paced nature of the legal field and values the opportunity to support both clients and attorneys throughout every stage of the legal process. Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, he approaches every task with a commitment to doing things the right way. His willingness to seek feedback, apply what he learns, and continually improve has made him a valuable member of the legal team. Guided by his personal motto, "If you don't like it, play better," Kody believes every challenge is an opportunity to grow and raise the standard for himself and those around him.
Outside of the office, Kody enjoys playing softball and embracing the competitive spirit that comes with athletics. Whether on the field or at work, he is always striving to improve and perform at his best. One of his favorite goals is to visit Disney World and experience all of the adventure, excitement, and memories the parks have to offer.

Aisha Silva
Legal Assistant
Aisha Silva joined Sanchez Law Firm in 2025 and has grown alongside the firm, transitioning from Receptionist to Legal Assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston and brings strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to her role. Aisha enjoys supporting clients throughout their legal journey and values the opportunity to make a positive impact during challenging times.
One of the things Aisha appreciates most about Sanchez Law Firm is its family-oriented culture and supportive environment. She enjoys collaborating with her teammates, learning new skills, and continuing to expand her knowledge of the legal field. Her personal motto, "Stop waiting. Start moving. No one can stop you, but you," reflects her drive for continuous growth and self-improvement.
Outside of the office, Aisha enjoys exploring Houston's parks, restaurants, and thrift stores. She is also a longtime Hello Kitty enthusiast and hopes to one day visit Sanrio Puroland in Japan. When she needs to recharge, Aisha enjoys staying active and previously trained in both hip-hop and jazz dance as a creative outlet and way to de-stress.

Eduardo Cantu
Legal Assistant
As a Legal Assistant at Sanchez Law Firm, Eduardo is passionate about supporting clients and helping them navigate the legal process with confidence. He enjoys working in a collaborative environment where he can continue learning, develop new skills, and contribute to a team dedicated to serving others.
Eduardo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Mexican American Studies from the University of Houston. His academic background, combined with his passion for history and public service, inspired his interest in the legal profession. He plans to attend law school in the future and is committed to continually expanding his knowledge and experience within the legal field.
Outside of the office, Eduardo enjoys studying history, particularly major historical events, wars, and civilizations throughout time. Whether watching documentaries, reading books, or exploring historical films, he is always eager to learn something new. Guided by the belief that "The best things happen on the other side of your comfort zone," Eduardo embraces new challenges and believes personal growth comes from stepping outside what's familiar while remaining true to your own unique path.
