As Chief Operating Officer, Diana provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Sanchez Law Firm. With more than two decades of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Texas-Pan American (now The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley), Diana brings a unique understanding of people, communication, and organizational development to her role. She is passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and creating an environment where both employees and clients can thrive.

Diana is a firm believer that positive leadership drives positive results. Guided by her philosophy that "good things happen when you think positively," she works to cultivate a supportive, collaborative culture that reflects the firm's values and commitment to exceptional client service. Her ability to balance strategic thinking with genuine care for people has made her an integral part of the firm's continued growth and success.

Outside of the office, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring new adventures, and making memories with her grandchildren, affectionately known as her "munchkins." She believes that maintaining balance through family, self-care, and personal growth is essential to both professional and personal fulfillment.

Alexis Gutierrez

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Alexis leads the firm's marketing, client experience, community outreach, and brand development initiatives. She is passionate about ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and valued throughout their legal journey while helping Sanchez Law Firm continue to grow its impact across the communities it serves.

Alexis brings a competitive mindset and strong work ethic to her role, developed during her years as a collegiate softball player at Huston-Tillotson University. She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys creating innovative ways to connect with clients, strengthen relationships, and share the firm's successes. Whether coordinating community events, developing client education initiatives, or overseeing marketing strategy, Alexis is committed to helping Sanchez Law Firm provide an exceptional client experience.

Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her children and family, supporting youth and community initiatives, and staying connected to the sport of softball. She is passionate about personal growth, leadership development, and making a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace. One of her dream destinations is Paris, where she hopes to experience the city's rich culture, history, and cuisine.

Alexis lives by the belief that growth often requires patience and preparation. Her personal philosophy is:

Yaritza Benitez

Office Manager

As Office Manager, Yari plays a vital role in keeping Sanchez Law Firm running efficiently while ensuring clients and team members feel supported every step of the way. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and enjoys helping them better understand their rights and the legal process. Her commitment to service, organization, and teamwork helps create the welcoming and professional environment that defines the firm's culture.

Yari is driven by a desire to help others and finds fulfillment in seeing the positive impact the firm's work has on the lives of its clients. She enjoys collaborating with her team, solving challenges, and supporting the firm's mission of advocating for consumers. Her faith serves as a guiding force in both her personal and professional life, inspiring her to approach each day with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

Family and faith are at the center of Yari's life. She treasures spending quality time with her loved ones and being actively involved in her church community. Her favorite scripture, Philippians 4:13, reflects the mindset she brings to every challenge: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." One of Yari's lifelong dreams is to visit Israel and experience the places that hold such profound biblical and historical significance.

As Client Success & Intake Coordinator, David plays a key role in creating a positive experience for both prospective and existing clients. From guiding new leads through the intake process to helping current clients stay informed and engaged throughout their legal journey, David is committed to ensuring every individual feels valued, supported, and heard. He enjoys building relationships, answering questions, and helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence.

David's passion for the legal field was inspired by his father's career in law enforcement and a deep appreciation for the role the law plays in serving justice and protecting individuals. He earned his Associate of Science in Computer Science from South Texas College and brings a unique combination of technical knowledge, organization, and people-focused service to his role. Whether assisting a new lead, coordinating client communications, or improving the overall client experience, David approaches every task with dedication and purpose.

Family is at the heart of David's life. He treasures spending time with his children, creating memories, and sharing new adventures together. Guided by his personal philosophy, "Life is your story, make it a best seller," David believes every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact. One of his lifelong goals is to visit Japan and experience its rich culture, history, and innovation firsthand.

Alexis Tenorio 

Intake Specialist

As an Intake Specialist at Sanchez Law Firm, Alexis is often one of the first people prospective clients speak with when seeking legal assistance. She is passionate about creating a welcoming experience, listening to clients' concerns, and helping them take the first steps toward resolving their legal issues. Alexis enjoys connecting with people and understands the importance of making clients feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.

A graduate of South Texas College, Alexis entered the legal field with a desire to pursue something new, meaningful, and impactful. She approaches each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth. Guided by her personal philosophy, "You only live once," Alexis believes in making the most of every opportunity and approaching life with enthusiasm and purpose.

Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys playing softball and spending quality time with family and friends. Christmas is her favorite time of year because of the joy, traditions, and togetherness it brings. In a fun twist that surprises many people, Alexis is also skilled at juggling—a talent that reflects her ability to balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.

Chasity Rodriguez

Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk 

As Receptionist and Data Entry Clerk, Chasity plays an important role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors at Sanchez Law Firm. Whether greeting clients, assisting with administrative tasks, or ensuring information is entered accurately and efficiently, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly. Chasity enjoys working in an environment where she can continuously learn and develop new skills while supporting both clients and her teammates.

Although her path into the legal field happened organically, Chasity has found a passion for helping others and contributing to a team-focused workplace. She approaches challenges with resilience, determination, and a positive attitude, guided by her personal motto: "Strength is what we gain from the madness we survive." Her willingness to adapt and grow has made her a valued member of the Sanchez Law Firm team.

Outside of the office, Chasity enjoys spending quality time with her children and creating lasting memories through family activities. Fall is her favorite season because it offers countless opportunities for family fun and togetherness. She hopes to one day travel to Germany and experience its rich history and culture. While she jokes that she can only cook about five meals, Chasity's true talent shines in the kitchen when it comes to baking, where she enjoys creating a variety of delicious treats for family and friends.

Outside of the office, Arianna enjoys reading, watching movies and television shows, spending time with family and friends, building LEGO sets and puzzles, and shopping.
